Construction Superintendent - Syracuse, NY area

Our client is looking for a strong candidate to manage all phases of project execution including labor, materials and rental utilization.

Pay is $85K+ DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    minimum 10 years direct experience as a superintendent on commercial projects greater than
$5 million
•    familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms & conditions of
project contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders
 

CDL Class A or B Driver with Hazmat / Laborer – Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo & Albany, NY areas

Our client is looking for an experienced driver - CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements required.

- Safely operating company equipment 
- Must be able to keep records of shipments and necessary DOT records. 
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment necessary to perform duties.
- Candidates will have to be on call and respond to after hour emergency calls along with normal duties. 

Pay is $25+ per hour DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.
