Our client is looking for a candidate experienced in mortgage loan closings, closing disclosure and statement of sale preparations. Position requires the ability to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining deadlines, communication with clients and other professionals in the industry.

•    3+ years experience as a paralegal working on real estate matters preferred
•    Associates degree (or paralegal certificate) preferred
 

Legal Assistant - Syracuse, NY area

Will perform administrative duties for our client's legal staff focusing on residential real estate transactions.

Pay is $23+ per hour DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    3+ years previous experience
•    Associates degree a plus
•    ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in an accurate and timely manner
 

Appointment Coordinator - Wilmington, DE area

Our client is looking for a candidate to schedule & manage appointments to ensure high productivity and client satisfaction

Pay is $17+ per hour DOE with a solid benefits package.  Direct placement opportunity.

•    minimum 3 years automotive appointment scheduling / coordinating required
•    proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP / CDK DMS a strong positive
•    must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask at a high level
