A fast-growing and established eye care company is seeking full-time or part-time optometrists to be their partners in providing excellent vision care service to its growing clientele. 

Flexible schedules.  Candidates have to be willing to travel to various locations to see patients in managed care facilities. Our client provides a technician to work alongside them. They do the billing and the EHR, the optometrist leave a copy of the paper chart with the technician at the end of their workday. All travel costs are reimbursed.

Clinical Dietician -  Auburn, NY area

The Clinical Dietician is responsible for the evaluation, planning and clinical assessment of nutritional status of our client's patients. Coordinates all phases of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling. Performs duties in compliance with licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies. Contributing member of the interdisciplinary team in establishing and implementing our client's care plan.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Adams, NY area

In collaboration with the Medical Director and VP of Patient Services, the NP / PA functions in an expanded role in the area of ambulatory reproductive health care.  Working within the context of affiliate medical protocols, the NP / PA delivers patient care utilizing the medical model to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes as related to human sexuality issues, family planning, surgical needs, obstetrics and health promotion.

Our client's practice is expanding and they need to add a doctor to their staff.  Will diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses by performing the following core duties:
•    Record information about patient's medical history
•    Examine patients to determine their general physical condition
•    Order or conduct various tests to provide information on patient's health status
•    Analyze tests results in conjunction with medical history and examination to diagnose condition
•    Administer or prescribe treatment to address health issues

Registered Nurse - 1st & 2nd shift  -  Syracuse, NY

Performing and planning for direct patient care, implementing approved clinical policies and procedures, communicating with non-licensed clinical staff about standards of care, complying with corporate, local, state and federal requirements for dialysis facilities, participating with the multidisciplinary team in problem-solving patient issues.

The Home Training Nurse is responsible for coordinating ongoing care and services provided to care for home patients. 
•    Assess new patient situations to ensure they are appropriate for home therapies. 
•    Oversees the training of home patients. 
•    Schedules home visits as indicated, documenting the visit and findings. 
•    Rounds with physicians and ensures orders are entered in the MIS and implemented. 
•    Co-ordinates admission of new patients: securing consents, reviewing pertinent policies and procedures, providing initial education.
