    Clean patient's teeth, examine for signs of oral diseases. 
    Collect medical and dental histories from patients
    Chart dental conditions based on dentist’s observations and evaluations
    Create molds of patients’ teeth in preparation for dentures, bridges and other prostheses
    Sterilize dental instruments and tools
    Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care

Nurse Practitioner - Adams, NY area

The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced care to acutely and chronically ill patients who have an advanced chronic illness or potentially life-limiting conditions. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide effective patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the patient's plan of care.  Work is normally performed in the patient's home, school or occupational setting.  LPNs will report any changes in the patient's condition to their RN supervisor and will assist the RN or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties.  The LPN will be responsible for completing clinical notes and weekly time sheets.

A fast-growing and established eye care company is seeking full-time or part-time optometrists to be their partners in providing excellent vision care service to its growing clientele. 

Flexible schedules.  Candidates have to be willing to travel to various locations to see patients in managed care facilities. Our client provides a technician to work alongside them. They do the billing and the EHR, the optometrist leave a copy of the paper chart with the technician at the end of their workday. All travel costs are reimbursed.

RN - Syracuse, NY

 

1.    Triage patients according to protocols prior to office visits with provider and document information in EMR.
2.    Administer & document medications as ordered by providers.
3.    Administer vaccines and record them in EMR.
4.    Review and record information in new patient charts in preparation for initial visit.
5.    Responsible for coordinating care with external disease management and case management organization.
6.    Administer and read PPD.

Our client's practice is expanding and they need to add a doctor to their staff.  Will diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses by performing the following core duties:
•    Record information about patient's medical history
•    Examine patients to determine their general physical condition
•    Order or conduct various tests to provide information on patient's health status
•    Analyze tests results in conjunction with medical history and examination to diagnose condition
•    Administer or prescribe treatment to address health issues
