Administrative Assistant - Human Resources  -  Syracuse, NY

Under direct supervision of the HR Manager and General Manager, the primary role of this position is to support

the office HR functions (such as applicant screening, new hire orientation, substance testing, new hire paperwork, processing applications in a timely manner and the ability to multitask as needed to manage daily business operations).  The role also requires assisting in all clerical duties necessary to the daily operations of the business to include: answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering supplies and working on special projects.
