Our client is looking for a candidate with experience in quantity take offs, best pricing procurement opportunities, and project budgeting. They will also prepare pre and post construction submittals and close out documents. Must be able to effectively work with company's project managers and external parties. Familiarity with framing, insulation and drywall a plus.
Pay is $30+ per hour DOE. Direct placement opportunity.
Bachelors degree in applicable field preferred and 3+ years experience in construction project estimating preferred. Must have basic computer skills to include spreadsheets, understanding of construction documents (to include blue prints, specifications, insurance documentation, and basic contract documents), understanding of subcontractor bid processes, basic understanding of OSHA requirements and job order contracting familiarity. Exposure to Edge software helpful.
