Applies knowledge of engineering principals to define, investigate, analyze and solve complex problems.
•    Reviews project proposal and budget with principal and / or project manager
•    Stays informed about project deadlines and client expectations

Licensed Architect - Milton & Salisbury, DE areas

Our client is seeking a candidate to prepare design and construction documents for presentation to their clients for the purpose of bidding and construction.

Salary is $60K+ DOE - will pay more for a truly experienced candidate.  Solid benefits package.  Direct placement opportunity.   

•    minimum 2+ years experience
•    minimum of Bachelors degree and licensed in the state of Maryland
•    experience with computer aided design (preferably AutoCad or REVIT)

•    Diagnose and repair trailers and heavy / light truck equipment and complete installation of truck equipment including without limitation: snowplows, liftgates, hoists, van and dump bodies
•    Perform preventive maintenance on trailer and truck equipment including routine technical repairs and make recommendations for future repairs
•    Document work order details within our client's internal order and billing program
