SKILLED TRADES JOBS

Production Supervisor - 2nd shift  -  Chittenango, NY area

Our client is looking for a hands-on candidate to oversee 2nd shift activity.

Pay rate is $16+ DOE.  Direct placement opportunity.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years CNC mill and lathe operating experience with troubleshooting & machine setup experience preferred.  Supervisory experience and familiarity with Mazak CNC mills & lathe controls a plus.  The candidate must be able to work with and comprehend prints, machining setup sheets, work instructions, and quality inspection documents.

 

 

Machinist - North Syracuse, NY area

Looking for a candidate to plan and perform a wide variety of machining operations utilizing saws, drills, lathes, milling machines, etc. to support the manufacturing department. Work to close tolerances; select speeds, feeds, tools to complete assignments. Manufacture components using technical knowledge and skills to ensure accuracy and quality of all finished parts. Analyze and interpret engineering drawings for the manufacture of machine components, etc. Design fixtures; calibrate instruments and tools.

Pipe Welder - Syracuse, NY

In-shop opening with a leading area company. 

Pay is $16+ per hour DOE - overtime often available.  Excellent benefits package upon hire by our client.  Contract-to-hire opportunity.

5+ years welding experience in an industrial / structural environment required with significant time spent pipe welding.  Must be able to pass a pre-employment welding test and drug screen.
