A strong local company is looking for a solid administrative candidate.  
•    Answer multiple line phone system
•    Making copies, maintain forms and lists
•    Greeting customers
•    Prepare presentations & proposals
•    Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval by necessary prior to input into QuickBooks.

Our client is looking for someone proficient with payroll, contracts, accounts payable & receivable and most general office duties.

Local professional firm seeks someone with a strong command of MS Word, exceptional typing skills and statistical typing. Will assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of various types of documents.
