Sterilize dental instruments and tools
Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care
Take X-rays of patients’ teeth and develop them for dentist’s use

The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced care to acutely and chronically ill patients who have an advanced chronic illness or potentially life-limiting conditions. Collaborating with the attending or referring provider and other members of the interdisciplinary team, the NP develops a plan of care to control and monitor the patient’s primary illness related symptoms.
1. Performs palliative care patient/family assessments.

Working within the context of affiliate medical protocols, the NP / PA delivers patient care utilizing the medical model to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes as related to human sexuality issues, family planning, surgical needs, obstetrics and health promotion.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide effective patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the patient's plan of care. Work is normally performed in the patient's home, school or occupational setting. LPNs will report any changes in the patient's condition to their RN supervisor and will assist the RN or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. The LPN will be responsible for completing clinical notes and weekly time sheets.

Is required to follow and work with computerized assembly instructions for light assembly, notification and reporting documentation. Flexible schedules. Candidates have to be willing to travel to various locations to see patients in managed care facilities. Our client provides a technician to work alongside them. They do the billing and the EHR, the optometrist leave a copy of the paper chart with the technician at the end of their workday. All travel costs are reimbursed.
1. Triage patients according to protocols prior to office visits with provider and document information in EMR.
2. Administer & document medications as ordered by providers.
3. Administer vaccines and record them in EMR.
4. Review and record information in new patient charts in preparation for initial visit.
5. Responsible for coordinating care with external disease management and case management organization.
6. Administer and read PPD.
