Rental Coordinator - Syracuse, NY

  1. Work with salespeople and / or customer to set up rentals.
  2. Communicate machine preparation requirements for rentals with service departments.
  3. Manage outside trucking
  4. Track and update report for all rental inventory
  5. Produce rental customer Invoices
  6. Handle all company DMV paperwork.
  7. Create marketing materials & manage Facebook activity


Pay is $16+ per hour DOE- will pay considerably more for a truly experienced candidate.  Direct placement opportunity.


Must have 5+ years experience in a customer service or administrative support position.  Exposure to inventory management a must.  Comfort with marketing responsibilities helpful.
