We are looking for a highly energetic individual to spend half their day calling potential clients and the other half helping to source candidates for our job openings. Must be willing to spend a large majority of your work day on the telephone.
• Business-to-business lead generation and sales prospecting
• Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections
• Re-qualifying leads from our database
• Finding candidates through research, networking and recruit calling, referrals and the internet
• Pre-qualifying candidates and conducting interviews to evaluate skills, employment background and qualifications
• Conducting pre-employment checks on all candidates including reference checks and applicable background checks and drug screens
• Conducting new-hire orientations and processing applications
8:45 - 3:30 – Monday through Friday (one day off every other week) - extremely flexible work environment. $13.68 hourly pay + significant bonus opportunities (after 90 day training period). Strong retirement plan, vacation, sick days & holidays. Potential for advancement & additional compensation.
• 5+ years inside sales or customer service experience in a business-to-business environment required
• Recruiting or marketing experience is a plus
• Solid computer skills in MS Word, Excel, email and use of the Internet
