Contract Billing Coordinator - Liverpool, NY

•    Books contract jobs and bills appropriately according to the contract language.
•    Completes certified payroll on a weekly or monthly basis according to the contract.
•    Posts and bills change orders as needed per job.
•    Works closely with the customer to obtain information needed for each job such as PO #’s, tax-exempt forms, insurance certificates, liens, and certified payroll information.
•    Works closely with Project Manager’s from all locations to gather information needed to appropriately book and bill all jobs.

    Pay is $16 per hour.  Long-term project with potential for hire by our client.

•    Three+ years experience in an administrative setting required
•    High School Diploma / GED with an Associates Degree preferred
•    Time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
•    Moderate to advanced computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Excel)
•    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as taxes, retention, discounts, interest, commissions, etc.
