This position is a critical component of the team that provides the leadership and management of the Nursing department to assure that the optimal achievable quality of care is provided to the patients by the nursing staff. This leadership will be provided by creating systems and processes all within the focus of the facility’s organizational mission, vision, and goals.
Pay is $75K+ DOE. Direct placement opportunity.
Must possess, at a minimum, Registered Nurse License with current registration in New York State and have 5+ years nursing experience with at least some of that time in a leadership role. Strong verbal, written, computer and leadership skills required.
